Copyright, handled properly.
We respect creative work, including yours. If you believe something on wyldmade.studio, or content we publish for an ANCHOR™ member, uses your copyrighted work without permission, here’s how to tell us and what happens next.
What this covers
This policy follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). It applies to wyldmade.studio, the member portal, the Wyld Brief, the Library, and the answer pages, posts and review replies we publish on behalf of ANCHOR™ members.
How to send a notice
Email dmca@wyldmade.studio with the subject “DMCA notice,” or mail it to our designated agent at the address below. Please include:
1. Your physical or electronic signature. 2. The copyrighted work you believe was infringed. 3. The exact URL or location of the material. 4. Your name, address, phone number and email. 5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized by the owner, its agent or the law. 6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
What we do next
We review every complete notice, usually within two business days. If it’s valid, we remove or disable the material and let the person or member who published it know. For member content, we also pause it across every page and channel ANCHOR™ manages.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice with your signature, the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or Travis County, Texas, if you’re outside the U.S.).
Unless the original complainant tells us they’ve filed a court action, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice.
Repeat infringement
We end the accounts of members, partners or users who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances.
False claims
Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If you’re unsure, please talk to a lawyer before sending a notice.
