This website is run by Wyld Made Studio LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Wyld”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers wyldmade.studio and the forms, scan and newsletter on it. For privacy questions or requests, email darcy@wyldmade.studio.

What you give us

• Contact details like your name, email, phone number and business name.
• Answers you share when you book a call, send a message or take the business scan.
• Your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter.

What’s collected automatically

• Pages visited, time on site, referring links, and general device and browser details.
• Cookies and similar tools from analytics and advertising services (see Cookies and tracking below).

03How we use it

• To reply to you, run the calls you book and prepare for them.
• To create and email your scan write-up.
• To send the newsletter, if you subscribed.
• To improve the scan, the website and our services.
• To measure and improve our own advertising.
• To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.

04Your scan answers

When you take the business scan, your answers are used to produce your score and your written analysis. We use an AI service to help draft that write-up.

We also use scan answers to improve the scan itself, mostly by looking at patterns across many answers. We don’t keep scan answers long term. If you become a client, we keep them as part of your client file.

05Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site and our business, and only as much as they need:

• Calendly to schedule calls.
• Beehiiv to send the newsletter.
• An AI service to help draft scan write-ups.
• Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.
• Meta (the Facebook Pixel) to measure and improve our ads.
• Hosting and email providers that keep the site and inbox running.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

06Cookies and tracking

We use, or plan to use, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, and only after you accept cookies. These set cookies that help us see which pages are useful and whether our ads reach the right people. They may collect your IP address, device details and the pages you visit.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also use Google’s opt-out add-on and change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

07Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or give you a copy. You can also opt out of the sale of your information or its use for targeted advertising. We don’t sell it, but you can still ask. Email darcy@wyldmade.studio and we’ll respond within 45 days.

Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we’ll respond to the appeal within 60 days. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue.

08Artificial Intelligence, Audio Recording, & Data Processing

1. Third-Party AI Data Processing

To provide our services, including automated voice reception and workflow automation, we utilize third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) sub-processors (such as language models and voice synthesis engines). When you interact with our AI phone systems, SMS bots, or web widgets, your inputs (including text, audio recordings, and call transcripts) are processed by these third-party platforms strictly for service delivery, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling. We do not sell this data to data brokers.

2. Audio Recording & Voice Processing

By calling our provided phone numbers or the numbers of our clients utilizing our AI systems, you consent to the recording and transcription of the call for quality assurance, customer service, and scheduling purposes. While your voice audio is processed to generate conversational text responses, we do not extract, sell, or utilize your voice to create “voiceprints” or uniquely identify you without express written consent.

3. Data Deletion & Opt-Out Rights

In compliance with state data privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), you have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data collected by our AI systems. To request the deletion of your call transcripts, audio recordings, or CRM profile, please contact us at darcy@wyldmade.studio.

09How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. Scan answers are not kept long term unless you become a client. Client information is kept for the length of our work together and as long as the law requires afterward.

10Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, like access controls and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as passwords or payment details through our forms.

11Children

This site is for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think we have, email us and we’ll delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll make it clear on the site.
