01Agreeing to these terms
By using wyldmade.studio (the “site”), you agree to these terms. They’re an agreement between you and Wyld Made Studio LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Wyld”, “we”, “us”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
02Using the site
Use the site for lawful purposes only. Please don’t try to break it, overload it, scrape it, or submit false or harmful information through its forms.
03The business scan
The scan gives a general read based only on your answers. The score, estimates and recommendations are informational. They aren’t a guarantee of results, and they aren’t legal, financial or tax advice. The full write-up is drafted with help from AI and may contain mistakes, so use your own judgment before acting on it.
04Booking a call and client work
Booking a call doesn’t create a client relationship. Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Wyld. Nothing on the site is an offer or a quote, and if that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the agreement wins.

When interacting with our agency or our clients via specific phone lines, SMS, or web chat, you acknowledge that you may be interacting with an Artificial Intelligence system or virtual assistant rather than a human representative.
2. Automated Decision-Making & Fair Use
Our AI systems are deployed strictly for objective operational workflows, such as answering frequently asked questions, qualifying leads based on user-provided criteria, and booking appointments. Our systems are not programmed to make legally binding automated decisions or unlawfully discriminate against protected classes. We continuously monitor our systems to ensure safe, equitable, and transparent operation.
3. Healthcare & Professional Services Disclaimer
If you are utilizing our AI systems to book appointments with healthcare providers, med-spas, or legal professionals, the AI system acts solely as an administrative scheduling tool. The AI system does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.

The client stories and numbers on the site reflect specific businesses, markets and time periods. Your results will depend on your business, your market, your budget and many things outside our control. We don’t guarantee any particular outcome.
07Our content
The site’s content, including the Wyld name and logo, the bot characters, text, graphics and design, belongs to Wyld or is used with permission. You’re welcome to share links to it. Please don’t copy, resell or reuse it without our written permission.
